They say that the best way to cope with your emotions is by writing down your feelings. Of course, you must first know your emotions.

So what if you don’t know. What if you cannot specify the exact emotions that compel you to think, to react. What if what you feel cannot easily be put into words. Cannot be filed into specific categories. It’s an overwhelming combination of various images, languages, words and sounds. It’s a stampede of emotions running through your body fighting to remain in your system. Then what?

Then you lie on your bed thinking to yourself – you got too much time on your hands.
